International Competition of Short Videos about Cities Is Underway
The Moscow City Tourism Committee and HSE Art and Design School invite young directors, animators, cameramen, and other authors working with video to participate in the International Competition of Short Videos about Cities. The contest is organised on the platform of HSE Art and Design School and the Creative City Project of the Institute of Creative Industries in the framework of the ‘Territory of the Future’ Moscow forum and festival.
Data Culture: New Times Require New Solutions
The Data Culture Project, a module of the educational programme at HSE University, was launched seven years ago. At that time, it was already clear that the ability to work with data had become an essential skill for any professional, regardless of their field. Thousands of students have since participated in the project's courses, and now it has expanded to all HSE campuses. In 2024, a total of 26,903 students passed independent exams on digital skills. ‘HSE Prep Year Programme Is an Amazing Investment in Your Future’
On July 3, 2024, the International Preparatory Year programme held its graduation ceremony. This academic year, 215 students (150 on state-funded and 65 on fee-paying places) from over 50 countries were enrolled in the programme. Entries for ‘Nature and Climate’ Photography Contest Accepted till Late August
The HSE Faculty of Geography and Geoinformation Technology has become one of the organisers of the ‘Nature and Climate’ photography contest. The goal of the contest is to celebrate the beauty of nature and its connection with climate, as well as to showcase modern approaches to studying natural ecosystems and their role in climate regulation. The contest is open to all, and the best photographs will be displayed at an exhibition in September, timed to coincide with the fifth anniversary of the faculty.

HSE University tops the list, followed by Lomonosov Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University, and Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
‘University for Life’: Wedding Held at Durasov House for the First Time

Over 180 International Applicants Accept Admission Offers to Degree Programmes at HSE Faculty of Economic Sciences
