Only 15% of students at technical schools and colleges submitted multiple applications.

These data were obtained during a regular wave of the Trajectories in Education and Career panel survey that took place in the fall of 2015.

The study involved nearly 5,000 young men and women from 42 regions across Russia. As 8th grade students in 2010-2011, they became participants in an annual longitudinal study conducted by the HSE Institute of Education. In 2015, the majority of respondents were university students (primarily second-year) or students at colleges and technical schools.
