is the number of hours participants in the 8th Summer School on Labour Economics (RSSLE-2014) spent discussing their projects with experts.

Over the five days, 19 young researchers from cities across Russia and Belarus attended lectures and master-classes by leading international experts on labour economics and discussed their projects with them.

The HSE’s Laboratory for Labour Market Studies and the Department of Labour and Population Economics Department have been running the Summer School on Labour Economics since 2007. The summer school aims to promote innovative approaches and international teaching standards in labour economics, further developing the professional community of researchers in this area within Russia.

The summer school is open to teachers at Russian higher educational establishments, researchers, postgraduate students, or master’s students who are involved in research or teaching in labour economics or related fields.
