International students can apply to HSE Russian and English-taught programmes through International Admissions Office. There are government scholarships available for undergraduate and graduate programmes. In addition, HSE is also accepting applications for part-time and full-time Doctoral programmes.

Students enrolled in foreign universities can apply to spend a semester at HSE (in Moscow, Saint Petersburg or Nizhny Novgorod). Deadline for Semester in Moscow applications is August 1, 2015.
